University Park Apartments

The University Park Apartments, are courtyard-style two-story apartment buildings located on the University Park Campus.

Panther Hall

Panther Hall offers suite-style housing featuring the FYRST program, upper class and graduate housing, and is located on the University Park campus.

University Park Towers

The University Park Towers, offers apartment-style housing featuring private bedrooms and is located on the University Park Campus. University Park Towers are comprised of the North Tower, South Tower, and West Wing.

Everglades Hall

Everglades Hall offers apartment-style housing featuring private bedrooms and is located on the University Park Campus.

Lakeview Hall

Lakeview Hall is located at the University Park Campus and is comprised of two buildings, Lakeview North and Lakeview South. Lakeview South is a first year residence hall for the FYRST program and Lakeview North provides housing for students entering thier sophomore year or above.

Bay Vista Housing (Biscayne Bay Campus)

Bay Vista Housing is located on FIU's Biscayne Bay Campus located in North Miami, just a 45 minute drive from the University Park Campus. Bay Vista is a four story, apartment-style housing building that opens into a courtyard.
